Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

Referent to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the operators of the website are neither the primary nor secondary "producers" of any visual depictions depicting real or simulated sexual activity displayed hereon. The operator of besttrannytube.com confines their undertakings with regard to sexually explicit content contributed by third-party users to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting only. All content that is supplied by third-party users is displayed on areas of besttrannytube.com which are under the control of third-party users. The operators of besttrannytube.com are therefore exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as described in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
